FAQs on Products

If you are wondering how to remove the links from your bracelet, then here are a few steps.

1) Get yourself a pair of bent long-nose pliers. These are usually used by jewelry crafters.

2) Determine the number of links you want to remove. It is best to underestimate the figure.

3) It’s time to open the links. Find the seam on the link and use the pair of long-nose pliers to hold the link on one side of the seam.

4) Gently twist the link open by moving the ends sideways. Never try to pull it open forcefully. At the other end of the chain, repeat the process for that link.

5) After you have removed the extra chain, you will need to reattach the chain. Ensure to measure it up against yourself to see if it is the right fit before putting it back together. Following steps 3 and 4, open a link at one end of the new chain. Hook the link unto the link at the other end of the chain and close the link by reversing the motion.

The answer is oxidation! The green substance that forms due to oxidation is known as patina.

There are typically three ways for a color change to occur:

1) Sweating – the salt from your skin can react with the copper to produce patina.

2) Excessive exposure to heat can cause a color change.

3) Acidity – Too much acid can affect the copper. So, if possible, avoid eating too many acidic foods.

1) It is not as dense as some metals which gives it a comfortable and lightweight feeling.

2) Titanium does not irritate the skin due to its hypoallergenic nature. This means that people who are allergic to other metals can wear it.

3) Titanium jewelry has a strong corrosion resistance making it long-lasting.

We choose the powerful permanent magnets-Neodymium Magnets which type has N48 N50 N52

Although we use the most powerful neodymium magnets, the strength of magnets also depends on the diameter and thickness.

Normally magnets size we use is 3.5*1.5mm, which can be 3500gauss.

Poles apart! All magnets have two poles, a North pole, and a South pole.

Usually, when talking to customers, we said: the magnets north pole touch skin or south pole touch skin.
